    John’s professional foundation is built on service. He served in the United States Army and the New York City Fire Department. These experiences shaped a calm, disciplined, and people-first approach—qualities that serve clients especially well during the often emotional process of buying or selling a home.

    John became a Realtor in 1990 and a broker in 1992. He has guided clients through many market cycles. He hosted Homebuyers Radio and earned multiple designations, including GRI, ABR, CBR, PSA, and MRP. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.

    John has worked as a Broker of Record. He also completed two successful mergers and built an independent real estate company. That experience helps him anticipate challenges early. It also keeps the process strategic, not pressured.
