She began her career in NYC Law Enforcement and later gained extensive experience in management and compliance. This background gives her a strong foundation in professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Nigeria also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from John Jay College.
A proud Orange County resident since 2000, Nigeria and her husband bought their first home here and raised three children—two of whom proudly serve in the Army National Guard. Her greatest passion is helping others navigate life’s major changes with care and confidence.
Outside of real estate, Nigeria enjoys photography and volunteering to rescue and rehome animals. She also loves cycling, traveling, and discovering new foods and cultures.
